Me: God, may I ask you a question?
God: Go ahead.
Me: Promise you won't be mad?
God: I promise.

Me: Today, I woke up late. Then at lunch, my sandwich was made wrong! So I had to wait until it was remade. Then, my car broke down on the side of the road and my cell phone went DEAD! When I got home, I went to find my food, but it was gone! Why did you let this happen to me?

God: Hmm...well, a death angel was by your bed, so I sent an angel to fight for your life. I made sure you slept through that.
Me:*slightly embarrassed* Oh....
God: The person who made your sandwich was sick, so I made sure you didn't get sick.
Me:*embarrassed* Oh.
God: I let your car break down, because a drunk driver was on your route and could of killed you.
Me:*shamed* I see...
God: I made sure your cell phone went dead, because there was a person on the other end who was an identy thief.
Me:*really ashamed* OK.
God: And your food was gone, because it was poisoned, so I made sure it was taken care of.
Me:*super ashamed* Oh, OK.
God: I wanted you to be safe.
Me: Thanks, God for taking care of me.
God: No problem. I love taking care of all of my children.
